PIERCING APPOINTMENTS

For piercing appointments please read the guidelines below.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

1. APPOINTMENT REQUESTS - Appointment requests are taken at the bottom of this page. Your request will be reviewed to ensure the appointment guidelines below were followed. Your request will be declined if they are not. All appointments require a deposit. Deposits are taken off the total cost at the time of the appointment. You will not be charged a deposit if your appointment request is declined.

2. STATE ID REQUIREMENTS - Please read the State ID Requirements page prior to scheduling an appointment. If the state required identification is not presented at the time of service you cannot legally be pierced and your appointment will have to be cancelled.

3. MINOR APPOINTMENTS (Ages 9-17) - While scheduling please list in the appointment notes section which identification you will providing for both you and your minor child at the appointment. Your appointment request will be declined if identification is not listed as requested. This step is to ensure clients have read, understand, and agree to follow the state identification requirements so I can legally pierce at the time of the appointment.

3. Do last names and/or addresses match?

4. Any additional documentation you will provide at the appointment. (Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, Divorce decree, Guardianship papers, etc).

4. HEALTH - Don't make an appointment if you're not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

5. RE-PIERCING - If you're looking to re-pierce a piercing you've had in the past please add it to the notes section while making your appointment.

6. SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PIERCINGS - Piercing appointments are 30 minutes. For 1 service (piercing or jewelry) schedule one appointment. For 2+ services (piercing or jewelry) schedule 2 appointments. You may schedule up to 2 appointments per person per day. Please add the additional piercings to the notes section while scheduling in order to accommodate for any extra time needed.

7. FAMILY & FRIENDS - Group appointments are available for family and friends that would like their piercing appointments back to back. If you are scheduling a group of two you may schedule 1 appointment and include the second appointment in the notes section while scheduling. Please include the service requested and their name in order to accommodate for the extra time needed. If you are scheduling with a group of three or more and would like to schedule a block of time please email Jamie to coordinate before scheduling. 

8. NAME, EMAIL, & PHONE - Clients must schedule their own appointments using their own name, email, and phone number.

9. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS - You may reschedule through the appointment app up to 48 hours in advance.

10. CANCELLATIONS Are accepted through the square appointment app up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice should email Jamie as soon as possible. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice and no shows will forfeit their deposit.

11. LATE ARRIVALS - Due to scheduled and timed appointments late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) will have to be cancelled. Please note that same day. cancellations will forfeit their deposit. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, weather, etc.

 

12. CHOOSING YOUR SERVICE OPTION - When scheduling on the appointment app be sure to select the correct service age and piercing. Do not choose jewelry services unless you need a jewelry change or to purchase jewelry.

13. By requesting an appointment you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the guidelines listed above.

ATTENTION

Requesting an appointment for a minor child without following #3 of the guidelines above will result in a declined appointment request.
