PIERCING WALK-INS

Walk-ins are taken on Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's & Saturday's.
Walk-ins are available for those ages 9 years and older. They are accepted until 1 hour before close (or as time permits on busier days) and scheduled on the half hour (12:30, 1:30, 2:30, etc). Walk-ins are encouraged to read the shop updates on the first page of the website right before coming in (in case of emergencies, illness, vacation, etc).

Appointments are available on Wednesday's, Thursday's, & Friday's. Appointments are for those 18 years and older. They are accepted until the day of and scheduled on the hour (12:00, 1:00, 2:00, etc) up to 14 days in advance. You can book an appointment on the website under the Appointments & Walk-ins page.
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
By requesting an appointment you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the guidelines listed below.
STATE ID REQUIREMENTS - Please read the State ID Requirements page prior to scheduling an appointment. If the state required identification is not presented at the time of service you cannot legally be pierced and your appointment will have to be cancelled.
HEALTH - Don't make an appointment if you're not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick.
SCHEDULING MULTIPLE PIERCINGS - Please schedule only one appointment per person per day. Add any additional piercings to the notes section while scheduling to accommodate for any extra time needed.
FAMILY & FRIENDS - Group appointments are available for family and friends that would like their piercing appointments to be back to back. If you are scheduling with a family member or friend please include this information in the notes section while scheduling.
NAME, EMAIL, & PHONE - Clients must schedule their own appointments using their own name, email, and phone number.
DEPOSITS - Piercing appointments require a deposit and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are taken off the total cost at the time of service. You will not be charged a deposit if your appointment request is not approved.
RE-PIERCING - If you're looking to re-pierce a piercing you've had in the past please add it to the notes section while making your appointment. Include which piercing, how long you had your jewelry in, and how long the jewelry has been out.
CANCELLATIONS - Are taken through the square appointment app up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice should email Jamie asap. Cancellations without a 48 hour notice and no shows will forfeit their deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS - Due to scheduled and timed appointments late arrivals are subject to cancellation. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, weather, etc.
